All exhibits for the North Central Arkansas District Fair in Melbourne must be pre-registered by Thursday, Sept. 10.
Entries must be made online at www.ncadistrictfair.org. If you do not have computer access, call Geraline Love, Fair Manager, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays at 870-368-4140 for more information prior to September 10.
Exhibits that have not been pre-registered will not be accepted on check-in day.
Exhibitors may also enter their items from the county fair, no matter the award placement received. Exhibitors may also enter items not entered at the county fair level. Only exhibits that are listed in the North Central Arkansas District Fair tabloid will be accepted.
All North Central Arkansas District Fair exhibits will check in on Tuesday, September 22, from 2 to 7 p.m. Judging will be on Wednesday, September 23 from 9 to 3 p.m. The exhibit building will be closed to the public for judging.
Exhibits must be made by the person in whose name it is entered. Exhibitors must be non-professional. A professional is a person that receives 51% or more of their income from a craft, skill, etc. that is being entered in the fair.
Entries must have been completed in the last year, since September 22, 2014.
Each exhibit will be judged on its own merit. Exhibits are divided into two divisions: junior (youth age 18 and under) and open (adults). Judges decision is final.
North Central Arkansas District Fair exhibits check out on Sunday, September 27, from 1 p.m to 3 p.m.

Graduating seniors in Fulton County who have participated in county, district, or state fairs have the opportunity to apply for three scholarships, the Fulton County Fair Foundation Scholarship, the North Central Arkansas District Fair Billy Ray Nix Memorial Scholarship, and the Arkansas Fair Manager’s Association Scholarship. Applications are available online at www.fultoncountyfair.org and should be completed and turned into the Fulton County Fair Office at least five days before the deadline listed on the application. This will give fair officials time to get the scholarship applications to the appropriate scholarship committee. The scholarship applications can be completed online and printed for submission. All applications must be typed.
All scholarship applications should be submitted to the Fulton County Fair office. The North Central Arkansas District Fair Billy Ray Nix Memorial Scholarship is due by February 26. The Arkansas Fair Managers Association Scholarship is due by March 10, and the Fulton County Fair Foundation Scholarship is due March 26.
