The Horseshoe Bend Area Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Dogwood Days Festival on Saturday, May 14.
This year’s event will kick off with a 5K walk/run at 8 a.m. There will also be games for the kids, pony rides, food and craft vendors, live music, and much more going on throughout the day, so mark your calendar and make plans to attend.
Local talent scheduled to perform includes The Loft Line Dancers, Austin Pool, and Saved by Grace. Headlining this year will be Grand Ole Opry member, Mike Snider. Snider made his way on the country music scene in the 1980s with his incomparable wit and stellar banjo playing. Snider’s show is said to be exciting, funny, moving, easy-going, and above all, honest from his heart.
All festival activities are free of charge, thanks to generous donations from our community. For more information, please contact the Horseshoe Bend Area Chamber of Commerce by calling 870-670-5433.
